Frequently asked questions
Do we have to touch the client's site or CMS? +
No. The only change is a DNS record (CNAME) that you, as the agency, already manage. The client's CMS, theme and content are never modified.
What happens if your service goes down? +
Two protections: fail-open serves the original site intact on any error, and DNS escape lets the client regain full control at any time by repointing the domain. The client is never locked into our infrastructure.
Which kinds of sites does it work on? +
Any server-rendered site outside WordPress: custom-built, static, Carrd, hand-built sites, Hostinger Builder. Locked builders like Wix or Squarespace go through Mode A instead, the paste-in fix (they are not served by the Edge).
Is this cloaking? +
No. We serve the same HTML to everyone, server-side, only adding verifiable structured data from the original page. Nothing is hidden or differentiated by visitor.
How is this different from the Livada SEO plugin? +
The WordPress plugin is native and preferable when you have admin access (no extra infrastructure layer). The Edge covers everything else: non-WordPress sites, and managing a mixed portfolio from a single console. The two are complementary.
How does agency billing work? +
